We make every effort to provide customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. However please keep in mind that the actual colour of a product may vary slightly from what is shown in one of our website images. We work hard to update our website descriptions and images as soon as we aware of noticeable variations in products that customers may find unacceptable.
You can view your order information, including copies of your receipts on your Account information page.
You can return or exchange unwanted items up to 14 days after purchase. Items must:
Be unused and in their original condition (including all labels and tags intact)
Not contain personal data or have been manufacturer-registered (for phones, tablets, computers, etc)
Have proof of purchase such as receipt or delivery note
There are some items that we can’t return or exchange unless faulty.

All orders placed before 15.00 Monday to Sunday (13.00 Sunday). If the item is in stock, and the order is placed before this time we will ship the order the same day.
